Master the Art of Vision, Planning and Daily Wins!

More, more, and more 🤯

I made a brave decision, I'm simplifying the ways to work with me and even while I'm typing this, it feels scary 😬

The fact that it scares me shows how engrained that having "more" is perceived as being better.

I however know that this is the best way forward. Because the way it was going now was not contributing to my bigger vision. While I thought I was doing good, I was overcomplicating everything at the same time 🫣 So back to the drawing board it was!

I reflected, slowed down, went back to the basics, made a plan (I'm pretty good at making plans 😆), and put that plan into action! My first step was to regain clarity.

As a Visionary Planning Coach, I inspire women entrepreneurs to break that vicious circle of overwhelm and walk confidently toward a more satisfied life and creating a successful business.

Walking that path myself at the same time! Practice what you preach ✨

The next step was obvious, what did I have to put in place to re-align my actions with my vision? Simplify!

I had too many coaching offers going on, I was confused myself 😂 now that says a lot! How did I end up here? Because I wanted to serve as many women as possible and ended up serving a lot less 🤯

I decided to focus on Visionary Women - my brand new training and 1:1 coaching - Forward Focus.

Ah, just writing it down like this feels good and empowering!

I was trapped in the more, more and more... cycle and I'm sure that I'm not the only one walking blindly into that.

But what if this - more - doesn't serve anyone? Would you be willing to let go of that excess, of that burden, or would it feel like a failure so you rather hang on to it as tight as possible?

Even if taking something away, simplifying, would feel lighter, and more controllable, would you still pursue the "more"?

It took me a while to realize that sometimes taking something away instead of adding to it might be the way to go!

How about you Reader, what would you need to let go to feel lighter and empowered? Even if it feels scary...

Know that you are the architect of your own success! You can draw out the plan just as you have it in mind, even if that plan changes over time... And believe me, it WILL change 😇

Sending you some good vibes from South Africa, have a lovely week ahead!

But the fact that you are reading it means it happened 😆 Today marks the day of my 20 years of entrepreneurial journey, 20 years of growth, resilience, and endless possibilities. 🎉 On 04/04/2004, I leaped into the world of entrepreneurship, starting with a simple request to work four days a week instead of five in my then-corporate job. I was ready to start my...

View in browser Don't you just love it Reader when people make something look very simple but more than often it is far from easy to get it done! Oh, Peggy, going for a 5K run, is very simple (advice from a marathon runner 😆), just put one foot in front of the other, do this at a faster speed than walking, and just as long until you get your 5K done 😂 Until I put on my running shoes and hit that first uphill 🥵 It might be SIMPLE but NOT EASY! After the - it's simple for you to say - thought,...
